Farad Prime Yield is not an investment product, savings plan, interest-bearing account, or financial instrument. Participation is entirely voluntary and subject to program terms.

Farad Prime Yield exists as a subscriber benefit designed to recognize engagement within the Farad Connect network. The program operates independently of any expectation of profit, return, or financial performance and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Farad Technologies Group.

How the Promotional Program Works

Eligible Farad Connect subscribers may be invited to participate in Farad Prime Yield as part of ongoing promotional initiatives. Participation metrics, allocations, and distributions, when offered, are determined internally and are not contractual, guaranteed, or recurring by right.

Any promotional distributions associated with Farad Prime Yield are provided solely as discretionary acknowledgments of subscriber participation and are not tied to financial performance, token valuation, or market activity.
